Road traffic
Herzegovina´s region is pretty small and thus easy to travel over. Distances between towns are not long and there is no need to worry about accommodation. Besides hotels, motels, pensions, the tourist organization of Trebinje offers to you accommodation in private households in urban and village region. The best way to explore this region is by car. Narrow roads with twists and turns are very attractive. All main roads are paved with asphalt.
Aircraft traffic
There are three airports near Trebinje. Distance of the airports to the town: Cilipi 40 km, Tivat 55 km, Podgorica 120 km.
Time Zone
Bosnia and Herzegovina is in the Middle European Time Zone. Clocks are put one hour forward during the last week of March and one our backward during the last week of October (summer and winter time counting).
